The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has released the IBPS PO/MT Recruitment 2025 notification for 5208 vacancies under CRP PO/MT-XV. Candidates must upload a handwritten declaration during the online application process. The declaration must be written in the candidate’s own handwriting and must state:
“I, <Name of the candidate>, <Date of Birth>, hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required.”

To apply for IBPS PO/MT Recruitment 2025, candidates must have a graduation degree in any discipline from a recognized university as of 21st July 2025. The IBPS PO/MT 2025 selection process comprises four stages: Preliminary Exam, Main Exam, Personality Test, and Interview. IBPS PO/MT Salary 2025
Selected candidates appointed as Probationary Officer (PO)/Management Trainee (MT) will receive a starting basic pay of ₹48,480. The salary structure follows the scale of ₹48,480–2000/7–62,480–2340/2–67,160–2680/7–85,920, which increases with years of service. In addition to the basic pay, candidates will also be entitled to various allowances and benefits, including Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), City Compensatory Allowance (CCA), and other perquisites as per the rules of the participating banks.
