Candidates must upload a handwritten declaration during the online application process. The declaration must be written in the candidate’s own handwriting and must state:

To apply for IBPS PO/MT Recruitment 2025, candidates must have a graduation degree in any discipline from a recognized university as of 21st July 2025. Final-year students can also apply but must submit proof of passing at the time of the interview. The age of applicants should be between 20 to 30 years as of 1st July 2025. The IBPS PO/MT 2025 selection process comprises four stages: Preliminary Exam, Main Exam, Personality Test, and Interview. The Preliminary Exam serves as a qualifying stage to shortlist candidates for the Main Exam, which tests in-depth knowledge and aptitude. Candidates who clear the mains are called for a Personality Test to assess behavioral traits, followed by a final Interview to evaluate communication skills, confidence, and suitability for the Probationary Officer role.

IBPS PO/MT Salary 2025

Selected candidates appointed as Probationary Officer (PO)/Management Trainee (MT) will receive a starting basic pay of ₹48,480. The salary structure follows the scale of ₹48,480–2000/7–62,480–2340/2–67,160–2680/7–85,920, which increases with years of service. In addition to the basic pay, candidates will also be entitled to various allowances and benefits, including Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), City Compensatory Allowance (CCA), and other perquisites as per the rules of the participating banks.
