IBPS PO/MT Salary 2025
Selected candidates appointed as Probationary Officer (PO)/Management Trainee (MT) will receive a starting basic pay of ₹48,480. The salary structure follows the scale of ₹48,480–2000/7–62,480–2340/2–67,160–2680/7–85,920, which increases with years of service. In addition to the basic pay, candidates will also be entitled to various allowances and benefits, including Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), City Compensatory Allowance (CCA), and other perquisites as per the rules of the participating banks.
