Typing Speed
- English: 30 words per minute (WPM), or
- Hindi: 25 words per minute (WPM)
- The test is conducted on a Personal Computer without editing tools or spell-check facilities
Document Verification & Medical Examination
Candidates shortlisted through the applicable stages are called for Document Verification (DV) and subsequently undergo the prescribed medical examination. Final appointment is subject to fulfilling the document requirements, qualifying the applicable typing test and meeting the required medical standards.

RRB NTPC Under Graduate Salary 2026
The RRB NTPC Under Graduate posts are placed under different levels of the 7th CPC Pay Matrix, depending on the post. Based on the previous recruitment details, Junior Clerk cum Typist, Accounts Clerk cum Typist and Trains Clerk carry Level-2 pay with an initial basic pay of Rs. 19,900, while Commercial cum Ticket Clerk (CCTC) is under Level-3 with a starting basic pay of Rs. 21,700.
