How to Apply Online for IBPS XV Recruitment 2026? 

Step 1: Go to the IBPS official website at- www.ibps.in and click on the link for RRB CRP-XV recruitment. 

Step 2: Choose the appropriate link for Office Assistant (Group-B) or Officer Scale I, II & III (Group-A) and click on "New Registration". 

Step 3: Enter all required personal, academic, and communication details as per instructions. 

Step 4: Upload scanned copies of your photograph, signature, thumb impression, and handwritten declaration as per the specification.

Eligibility Criteria for IBPS RRB XV Recruitment 2026 

Candidates applying for IBPS RRB Exam 2026 must meet the following educational qualifications and age limits as on September 1, 2026. 

Educational Qualification & Experience: 

Office Assistant (Multipurpose): 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognised university or equivalent. 
  • Proficiency in the prescribed local language is required, while working knowledge of computers is desirable. 
  • Experience: No previous work experience required. 


Officer Scale I (Assistant Manager): 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline; preference may be given to candidates with qualifications in Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, IT, Management, Law, Economics, Accountancy, and related fields. 
  • Proficiency in the local language is required, while computer knowledge is desirable. 
  • Experience: No previous work experience required. 


Officer Scale II – General Banking Officer (Manager): 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.  
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years as an Officer in a Bank or Financial Institution. 


Officer Scale II – IT Officer: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics, Communication, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines with a minimum of 50% marks. 
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in the relevant field.


Officer Scale II – Chartered Accountant: 

  • Must be a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). 
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Chartered Accountant. 


Officer Scale II – Law Officer: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Law with a minimum of 50% marks.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years as an Advocate or working as a Law Officer in a Bank or Financial Institution.


Officer Scale II – Treasury Manager: 

  • Chartered Accountant qualification or MBA in Finance. 
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in the relevant field.


Officer Scale II – Marketing Officer: 

  • MBA in Marketing required. 
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in the relevant field. 


Officer Scale II – Agricultural Officer: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Dairy, Animal Husbandry, Forestry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, or related disciplines with a minimum of 50% marks. 
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in the relevant field.


Officer Scale III (Senior Manager): 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. 
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as an Officer in a Bank or Financial Institution. 

Age Limit: 

Office Assistant (Multipurpose): 

  • Candidates must be between 18 and 28 years of age. 
  • Candidates should have been born not earlier than 02.09.1997 and not later than 01.09.2007.


Officer Scale I (Assistant Manager): 

  • Candidates must be above 18 years and below 30 years of age. 
  • Candidates should have been born not earlier than 02.09.1995 and not later than 01.09.2007.


Officer Scale II (Manager): 

  • Candidates must be above 21 years and below 32 years of age. 
  • Candidates should have been born not earlier than 02.09.1993 and not later than 01.09.2004.


Officer Scale III (Senior Manager): 

  • Candidates must be above 21 years and below 40 years of age.  
  • Candidates should have been born not earlier than 02.09.1985 and not later than 01.09.2004. 

Age Relaxation: 

  • SC/ST Candidates: 5 years 
  • OBC Candidates: 3 years 
  • Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD): 10 years 
  • Ex-Servicemen/Disabled Ex-Servicemen (Office Assistant post only): Actual period of service in the defence forces + 3 years, subject to a maximum age limit of 50 years. For Disabled Ex-Servicemen belonging to SC/ST, the relaxation is 8 years. 
  • Widows, Divorced Women and Women Legally Separated from Husband (Office Assistant post only): Age relaxation up to 35 years for General/EWS, 38 years for OBC, and 40 years for SC/ST candidates, provided they have not remarried.  
  • Persons Affected by 1984 Riots: 5 years.

The IBPS RRB 15th Recruitment 2026 selection process includes the following phases.

The salary offered under IBPS RRB varies depending on the post and officer scale. Along with the basic pay, employees are entitled to various allowances and benefits as applicable under the rules. The approximate monthly income for different posts is given below:

  • Officer Scale I (Assistant Manager): Rs. 60,000 to Rs. 61,000 per month
