Eligibility Criteria for IBPS RRB Odisha Grameen Bank Recruitment 2026

Educational Qualification & Experience: 

Clerk (Office Assistant - Multipurpose):

Officer Scale-I (PO)

  • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a recognised University or equivalent.
  • Preference may be given to candidates with qualifications in Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, IT, Management, Law, Economics or Accountancy.
  • Proficiency in the prescribed local language.

Officer Scale-II General Banking Officer

  • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline with at least 50% aggregate marks.
  • Two years of experience as an Officer in a Bank or Financial Institution.


Officer Scale-II IT Officer

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Communication, Computer Science, Information Technology or an equivalent discipline with at least 50% aggregate marks.
  • One year of relevant work experience.


Officer Scale-II Agricultural Officer

  • Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Dairy, Animal Husbandry, Forestry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering or Pisciculture. 
  • Minimum 50% aggregate marks. 
  • Two years of relevant experience. 

Local Language Requirement 

The prescribed local language for Odisha Grameen Bank is Odia. Candidates applying for Clerk (Office Assistant) and Officer Scale-I (PO) must fulfil the local language proficiency requirement as prescribed in the official notification.
