Bank of Baroda Manager Salary 2026 

Candidates selected under Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2026 will receive salary and allowances as per the pay scale applicable to the respective grade. In addition to the basic pay, employees will also be entitled to Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), City Compensatory Allowance (CCA), medical benefits, leave travel concession, and other perks as per Bank rules.

  • Manager – Credit Analyst (MMG/S-II): The pay scale is ₹64,820 – ₹93,960, and the approximate monthly salary ranges from ₹1 lakh to ₹1.15 lakh.
  • Senior Manager – Credit Analyst and Senior Manager – C & IC Relationship (MMG/S-III): The pay scale is ₹85,920 – ₹1,05,280, with an approximate monthly salary of ₹1.20 lakh to ₹1.40 lakh.
  • Chief Manager – Credit Analyst and Chief Manager – C & IC Relationship (SMG/S-IV): The pay scale ranges from ₹1,02,300 – ₹1,20,940, and the approximate monthly salary may reach ₹1.50 lakh or above, including allowances and benefits.
