Odisha District Court Group C Educational Qualification 2026 

Junior Clerk-cum-Copyist & Stenographer Grade III 

Candidates applying for Junior Clerk-cum-Copyist and Stenographer Grade III posts must fulfill the following qualifications:

  • Must have passed +3 Examination or equivalent from a recognized University.
  • Must possess Diploma in Computer Application from a recognized institute.
  • Must be able to speak, read, and write Odia and must have passed Odia test equivalent to M.E. standard. 

Additional Qualification for Stenographer Grade III

  • Candidates must possess minimum shorthand speed of 80 words per minute.
  • Candidates must have typing speed of 40 words per minute in English. 


Salaried Amin Qualification

  • Must have passed Matriculation or equivalent examination from a recognized Board.
  • Must have passed Revenue Inspector Training.
  • Must possess knowledge in Computer Operation.
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak Odia language.
