Educational Qualification
- Scientific Assistant/B (Civil): Candidates must have a Diploma in Civil Engineering with at least 60% marks. English should be one of the subjects at SSC or HSC level.
- Stipendiary Trainee/Scientific Assistant (Category-I): Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or Electronics Engineering with 60% marks, or a B.Sc. degree with Physics, Chemistry, or Mathematics with at least 60% marks.
- Stipendiary Trainee/Technician (Category-II): Candidates should have passed 10th with 50% marks in Science and Mathematics and possess an ITI certificate in the relevant trade. Those applying for Operator posts should have passed 12th with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics with at least 50% marks.
- X-Ray Technician (Technician-C): Must have passed 12th with 60% marks in Science along with a one-year Radiography or X-Ray Technique certificate and two years of work experience.

NPCIL Recruitment 2026 Selection Process
