ICAR CRRI Walk-in Interview Recruitment Salary 2025
ICAR - Central Rice Research Institute (ICAR-CRRI), offers attractive salary packages for all positions under the ICAR CRRI Walk-in Interview 2025. These posts are purely contractual and temporary, providing a great opportunity for young professionals to gain experience in agricultural fieldwork and research projects.
- Senior Research Fellow (SRF): Rs. 31,000/- per month + 16% HRA for 1st and 2nd year, and Rs. 35,000/- + 16% HRA for 3rd year as per rules.
- Office Assistant: Rs. 20,000/- per month + 16% HRA.
- Community Mobilizer: Rs. 15,000/- per month (fixed).
ICAR CRRI Walk-in Interview Eligibility Criteria 2025
Educational Qualification
For Senior Research Fellow (SRF):
- M.Sc. (Agriculture) with specialization in Soil Science, Agronomy, Meteorology, Agricultural Physics, or Plant Physiology with 4–5 years Bachelor’s degree. OR
- M.Sc. in Botany, Life Science, Geology, Geography, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Remote Sensing, GIS, or Geoinformatics with 3-year Bachelor’s and 2-year Master’s degree plus NET qualification and 2 years of research experience. OR
- Ph.D. in Botany, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Plant Breeding, Life Science, Earth Science, Geology, Geography, Remote Sensing & GIS, or Geoinformatics.
For Office Assistant:
- Graduate in Agriculture, Science, Commerce, or any discipline.
- Desirable: Experience in MS Office, report preparation, PowerPoint presentation, and at least 2 years’ work experience in agriculture-related organizations.
For Community Mobilizer:
- Matric with +2 vocational course in agriculture or allied subjects. OR
- Matric with two years’ experience in agriculture/allied subjects. OR
- Matric with Diploma in Agriculture or allied agriculture.
Age Limit (As on date of Interview)
- For SRF: Maximum 35 years (Men) and 40 years (Women).
- For Office Assistant: Minimum 21 years and Maximum 55 years.
- For Community Mobilizer: Minimum 18 years and Maximum 55 years.
Age Relaxation:
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC: 3 years
ICAR-CRRI Selection Process 2025
The selection process under ICAR CRRI Walk-in Interview 2025 will include document verification and an interview. Candidates must bring all original certificates and mark sheets from matriculation onwards along with self-attested copies for verification. After that, shortlisted candidates will appear before the interview board to assess their subject knowledge, technical skills, and communication ability.
