• Must be a citizen of India.

• Must have passed Class-X in MIL Odia or cleared the Odia language examination conducted by the Board of Secondary Education (BSE), Cuttack.

• Class I to VII (Elementary Level): Matriculation or +2 Arts/Science with at least 50% marks in aggregate along with CT training.

• Retired teachers will be disengaged upon attaining 65 years of age.
