The District Level Selection Committee will conduct the recruitment process for the Cuttack District Special Schools. After initial scrutiny of applications to check eligibility, shortlisted candidates will undergo a Skill Test and Viva Voce (oral interview). Selection is based on a combination of academic records, skill test performance, and viva voce marks, with the weightage varying by post. The final appointment is purely contractual and subject to committee recommendations.
