The Odisha NHM Office Assistant Selection Process 2025 will be based on the candidate’s overall performance in three stages: graduation mark assessment (40 marks), computer test (40 marks), and viva-voce (20 marks). A provisional merit list based on graduation marks will shortlist candidates up to ten times the number of vacancies for the next stages. Final selection will depend on the total marks from all three stages. Candidates scoring 50% or more will be placed on a panel valid for one year.  

Selection Stages:

• Mark Assessment (Graduation): 40 Marks

• Computer Test: 40 Marks

• Viva-Voce: 20 Marks 

Shortlisting Process:

• A provisional merit list will be prepared based on Graduation marks.

• Top 10 times the number of vacancies will be called for Viva-Voce and Computer Test.

• Final selection will be based on total marks obtained in all three stages.
