IDBI Junior Assistant Manager (JAM) Salary 2025

The salary structure for the Junior Assistant Manager (JAM) post at IDBI Bank is divided into three stages. During the initial 6-month training period, selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend of ₹15,000. This is followed by a 2-month internship, during which the stipend remains ₹15,000 per month. After successfully completing both phases, candidates will be appointed as Junior Assistant Managers and will receive an annual salary package ranging between ₹6.14 lakh and ₹6.50 lakh, depending on their performance and place of posting.
