The BOB Local Bank Officer selection process consist of following stages.
- Online Written Test: Candidates will appear for a 120-mark online examination covering English Language, Banking Knowledge, General/Economic Awareness, and Reasoning Ability & Quantitative Aptitude.
- Screening/Shortlisting: Candidates qualifying in the online test will be shortlisted for the next stage based on the criteria decided by the Bank.
- Psychometric Test/Other Tests: The Bank may conduct a psychometric test, group discussion, descriptive test, case study, or any other assessment to evaluate candidates’ suitability.
