Jajpur OAV PGT & TGT Teacher Salary 2026 

The selected teachers under OAV Jajpur Teacher Recruitment 2026 will be engaged on a contractual basis with a fixed monthly remuneration. TGT posts carry a salary of ₹20,000 per month, while PGT posts offer ₹25,000 per month. The remuneration is purely consolidated, and no additional allowances will be provided. 

OAV Jajpur Teacher Eligibility Criteria 2026 

For TGT Posts: 

Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant subject with at least 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PH/SEBC candidates) along with a B.Ed. or equivalent training qualification recognized by NCTE. They should have studied the concerned subject as Honours / Elective / Pass at the graduation level. 

For PGT Posts: 

Applicants must have a Master’s Degree in the concerned subject with at least 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PH/SEBC candidates) and a B.Ed. degree from an NCTE-recognized institution. For PGT Computer Science, candidates having B.E/B.Tech (CS/IT), M.Sc (CS/IT), MCA, or an equivalent qualification from a recognized university are eligible. 

Common Eligibility: 

Candidates applying for both TGT and PGT posts must have passed MIL (Odia) up to M.E. Standard and possess proficiency in teaching in both Odia and English medium. They should hold the required educational qualifications and training degrees (B.Ed. or equivalent) recognized by NCTE. Preference will be given to candidates qualified in OSSTET or CTET.
