Jagatsinghpur OAV Teacher Salary 2026

The selected teachers under the OAV Jagatsinghpur Teacher Recruitment 2026 will be engaged on a contractual basis with fixed monthly remuneration.

• TGT Posts: ₹20,000 per month

• PGT Posts: ₹25,000 per month

The remuneration is purely consolidated, and no additional allowances or benefits will be provided. 

OAV Jagatsinghpur Teacher Eligibility Criteria 2026 

For TGT Posts:

• Candidates must have passed MIL (Odia) up to M.E. Standard.

• Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant subject with at least 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PH/SEBC candidates) along with a B.Ed. or equivalent teacher training qualification recognized by NCTE.

• The candidate must have studied the concerned subject as Honours / Elective / Pass at the graduation level. 

For PGT Posts:

• Applicants must have a Master’s Degree in the concerned subject with at least 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PH/SEBC candidates) and a B.Ed. degree from an NCTE-recognized institution.

• For PGT Computer Science, candidates having B.E/B.Tech (CS/IT), M.Sc (CS/IT), MCA, or an equivalent qualification from a recognized university are eligible. 

Common Eligibility:

• Candidates applying for both TGT and PGT posts must have passed MIL (Odia) up to M.E. Standard.

• They must have proficiency in teaching in both Odia and English medium.

• Preference will be given to candidates qualified in OSSTET or CTET.
