Educational Qualification
Candidates applying for IOCL Non Executive Personnel Recruitment 2025-26 must have a full-time Diploma/B.Sc./B.Tech/ITI in the relevant discipline from a recognized institution.
- JEA-IV (Production): Diploma in Chemical Engineering or B.Sc. in Physics, Chemistry, Maths, or Industrial Chemistry.
- JEA-IV (P&U): Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with Second Class Boiler Competency Certificate.
- JEA-IV (Electrical): Diploma in Electrical/Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
- JEA-IV (Mechanical): Diploma in Mechanical/Production Engineering.
- JEA-IV (Instrumentation): Diploma in Instrumentation/Instrumentation & Control/Electronics Engineering.
- Junior Quality Control Analyst: B.Sc. in Physics, Chemistry, Maths, or Industrial Chemistry.
- Fire & Safety: 10+2 with Sub-Officers’ Course and valid HMV Driving License.

IOCL Non Executive Selection Process 2025
The IOCL Non-Executive Recruitment 2025-26 will include two main stages of assessment:
1.Computer Based Test (CBT):
- Consists of 100 objective-type questions (120 minutes).
- Covers Technical Knowledge, Numerical Ability, and General Awareness.
- No negative marking.
- Minimum Qualifying Marks: 40% for General/EWS/OBC, 35% for SC/ST/PwBD.
2. Skill/Proficiency/Physical Test (SPPT):
- Conducted in a 1:2 ratio (post and category-wise).
- Qualifying in nature; final merit is based on CBT marks.
The final selection list will be prepared refinery-wise based solely on CBT scores, provided candidates qualify in the SPPT and meet IOCL’s medical standards.
IOCL Non Executive Salary 2025
Candidates selected under IOCL Non Executive Recruitment 2025-26 will receive a pay scale of ₹25,000 to ₹1,05,000 per month under the Industrial DA pattern. The initial basic pay will be around ₹25,000 per month, along with benefits like DA, HRA or company accommodation, medical facilities, and performance-linked incentives. Employees will also get provident fund, gratuity, pension, and other welfare benefits.
