Post Qualification Experience (as on 31.08.2025):

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Corporate Credit/High-value Credit in a Supervisory or Managerial role.

• Experience must be in appraisal/assessment of credit proposals of medium/large corporates. 

Age Limit (as on 31.08.2025):

• Minimum: 25 years

• Maximum: 35 years

Age relaxation: 

• SC/ST – 5 years 

• OBC – 3 years 

• PwBD – 10 to 15 years as per norms. 

SBI Manager (Credit Analyst) Salary 2025 

Selected candidates for the post of Manager (Credit Analyst) in the State Bank of India will be appointed in MMGS-III with a salary scale of ₹85,920 – ₹1,05,280. In addition to the basic pay, they will receive DA, HRA, CCA, medical facilities, provident fund, pension under NPS, LFC, and other perquisites as per bank rules. The probation period will be six months. 

SBI Manager Credit Analyst Selection Process 2025 

The selection process includes:

• Shortlisting: Based on qualification and experience, candidates will be shortlisted for interview.

• Interview: The interview carries 100 marks. Minimum qualifying marks will be decided by the bank.

• Final Merit List: Prepared only on the basis of interview marks. In case of tie, the older candidate will be ranked higher.
