DEO-cum-Accountant (DAA-Urban): 

• Graduate in Commerce with minimum 50% marks.

• Must have completed PGDCA/DCA/OS-CIT (6 months) or equivalent.

Accountant-cum-DEO (DPMU):

• Graduate in Commerce with minimum 50% marks.

• At least 2 years’ post-qualification experience in accounting.

• Basic computing knowledge.

Psychiatric Social Worker (DMHP):

• Post Graduate Degree in Social Work.

• M.Phil. in Psychiatric Social Work (2 years full-time with clinical training).

• Must have passed Odia up to M.E. standard.

Psychiatric Nurse (DMHP):

• GNM/B.Sc Nursing from Govt./recognized institutes.

• Must be registered with Odisha Nurses & Midwives Council.

• Diploma in Psychiatric Nursing OR 1-month training in Psychiatric Nursing from NIMHANS/CIP/recognized institutes.

VBDTS-NVBDCP Programme:

• Graduate in Biology stream.
