EMRS Rayagada Recruitment 2025 – Educational Qualification 

PGT (History & Commerce)

• Post Graduation in concerned subject with at least 50% marks

• B.Ed is mandatory (preferable for Commerce)

EMRS Rayagada Guest Teacher Selection Process 2025

The selection process for the EMRS Rayagada Guest Teacher posts will be entirely merit-based, beginning with career marking worth 60 marks. Candidates who qualify will be called for an interview and a teaching demonstration, each carrying 20 marks. The interview assesses communication skills and subject knowledge, while the teaching demo evaluates practical teaching ability. Final selection is based on the combined scores from all stages. 

EMRS Rayagada Guest Teacher Salary 2025

Selected Guest Teachers at EMRS Rayagada will receive a consolidated monthly honorarium as per NESTS guidelines. PGTs with the required qualification will be paid ₹35,000, while those without will get ₹33,000. Similarly, qualified TGTs will receive ₹31,000, and those without qualification will get ₹29,000 per month.
