SSC CGL Eligibility Criteria 2025
To apply for SSC CGL Recruitment 2025, candidates must meet the required educational qualifications and age criteria as prescribed by the Staff Selection Commission. Educational Qualification (as on 01.08.2025):
For Junior Statistical Officer (JSO):
- Bachelor’s Degree in any subject from a recognized university or institute with at least 60% marks in Mathematics at the 12th standard, OR
- Bachelor’s Degree in any subject with Statistics as one of the subjects at the degree level.
For Statistical Investigator Grade-II:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any subject with Statistics as a subject in all three parts (Part-I, II, and III) or in all six semesters of a three-year degree course.
- A single paper in Statistics will not be considered sufficient.
For All Other Posts:
- Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university or its equivalent.
Final Year Students:
- Candidates appearing in their final year of graduation can also apply, but they must obtain the essential qualification on or before 01 August 2025.
Age Limit (as on 01.08.2025):
- Minimum Age: 18 years
- Maximum Age: Ranges from 27 to 32 years, depending on the post applied for.
