Candidates applying for the NICL Administrative Officer (Generalist) Scale-I posts must have completed Graduation or Post-Graduation in any stream from a recognized university. General, OBC, and EWS candidates must have secured a minimum of 60% marks, while SC and ST candidates require at least 55% marks. The age of applicants should be between 21 and 30 years as of May 1, 2025, with age relaxations applicable for reserved categories.

NICL AO Generalist Salary 2025

The starting basic pay for NICL Administrative Officer (Generalist) Scale-I is ₹50,925, following the pay scale of ₹50,925 with 14 increments of ₹2,500 up to ₹85,925, and then 4 increments of ₹2,710 up to ₹96,765. Along with the basic pay, candidates will receive various allowances as per company rules. The total monthly emoluments in metropolitan centers are approximately ₹90,000. Other benefits include pension under the New Pension Scheme governed by PFRDA, gratuity, leave travel subsidy (LTS), medical benefits, and group personal accident insurance.
